Burbor BlanketSize: 82" x 60" Handmade in Ilocos Norte, Philippines "Burbor Burbur" means "furry" in Ilocano and is the name of this terry cloth like weaving technique, creating a series of plush loops. Made with abaca, a type of banana fiber, these fibers will continue to soften over time. The border design is a traditional Ilocos Norte motif. This collection is dedicated to the versatility of the banana plant + the abundance of the Philippine islands.
