Exclusive Vintage Creative Kokeshi By Aida Seiho (1926-1998) | Titled: 'Bunko - Elegance' | 42 cmThis Exclusive Vintage Sosaku Kokeshi by Aida Seiho is titled 'Bunko' which means 'Elegance' in Japanese. She is made out of Enju wood (Pagoda tree, Saphora Japonica) which has a beautiful dark color and woodgrain. The doll is decorated with a wheat motif. Aida Seiho was born in 1926 and started creating Kokeshi in 1947. He is considered one of the most influential pioneers of the Sosaku Movement in the 60s. His work has won multiple awards including
