Van Wyk Family Wines Rebecca May 2020 (Case of 6)Medium bodied with fragrant boysenberry perfume, red fruit flavours and a juicy texture. This is a fresh Rhone style blend of Cinsaut, Syrah and Grenache. Predominantly fermented as whole bunches and basket pressed, followed by maturation in 3rd and 4th fill French oak barrels for 7 months before bottling.

Johanna Rosé compose of 60% Grenache Noir and 40% Mourvèdre grapes

Grenache Noir is traditionally a Southern Rhône cultivar but originates from Spain

Malolactic conversion was in barrel
