Occhipinti, Vini Di Contrada, Bianco, SicilySanta Margherita: The vineyard, located at 490 meters above sea level, is divided into four parcels on calcareous sandy marl, alternating with sand and calcarenite. The Costa Sud and Costa Nord parcels, trained as bush vines, have soils rich in chalk and fossils, offering salinity and complexity. The Terrazza and Trefile parcels, trained as bush vines on espaliers, have stony clay limestone soils, offering pulp and acidity.
