Rates and Booking

All rates are subject to change and availability.

Our services are priced with rates according to space availability at the time of booking. This can be confirmed through our teams within the acknowledged points of contact (phone or e-mail, both of which will bear the same liability to all parties). You will have the option to accept or reschedule availing of our services based on the availability, subject to the current rates applicable to the confirmed booking.

Services are booked subject to cargo acceptance and space and equipment availability of our accredited carriers.

Rates are quoted for non-hazardous / non-dangerous goods, exclusive of insurance coverage. You are advised to avail of insurance packages for the full value of the cargo. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings upon assessment of its compliance with our provisions.

Details of the bookings will be communicated to you by email once confirmed.

Payment Method

For services booked through this Website, we will be accepting payments through:

• Online Card Transactions (Visa and Mastercard)
• Cash payment upon collection of the BL for export and import, prior to shipment delivery.

Refund Process

In cases of service cancellations and reschedules, GSMS reserves the right to refund the payment collected upon proper assessment of its impact on costing.

Refund requests will be received by e-mail, processed for approval, and communicated to you prior to release of the agreed amount.

Transaction Security

GSMS has enlisted a Privacy Policy that therefore ties with the above terms, specifically to:

• Ensure that services are booked efficiently for a timely delivery of the shipment
• Process bookings while ensuring that all data are treated as confidential
• Resolve concerns and claims on bookings received from pre-registered and acknowledged contact information
• Provide support without interference or threat of website spams, "floods", or "crashes"
• Update and track services through streamlined communication due to customers

You are therefore restricted from sending, using, distributing, and referring to information that are neither released nor communicated by authorized GSMS personnel. Forging any part of this Website will be considered a violation of our policies and may subject you to legal proceedings.
